Mr. Chung has over 17 years experience in the gas & electricity business with roles ranging from production plant operations & management, project commissioning, retail operations, servicing key electricity accounts, marketing to strategy & planning.

His current work focuses on sustainability initiatives for utilities such as energy efficiency & conservation, renewable energy, carbon management and the strategic integration of electric vehicles in Hong Kong.

He has been a guest speaker for the

- Hong Kong Productivity Council
- Hong Kong Science & Technology Park
- Institution of Engineering & Technology
- American, British and Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce and various community & environmental groups

Mr. Chung holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
